RELAY FOR LIFE of Lincolnton --

Click below and donate to the DANIEL'S TEAM

Join the Daniels Lutheran Church Team

Why We Relay:

We are making a difference by teaming up to participate in the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life.

At the event, our team will camp out overnight and take turns walking around the track to raise money and awareness to help the American Cancer Society create a world with less cancer and more birthdays.

Saving lives from cancer starts one team, one participant, and one dollar at a time. Our team is doing our part to make sure that cancer never steals another year of anyone’s life.

Please join our team or make a donation. The impact we can make together is much greater than what any of us could do alone!

Daniels Community Garden

Ken Scronce, neighbor of Daniels Lutheran Church, tills the Daniels Community Garden on Wednesday, March 20, 2012. The church grows the garden to supply fresh vegetables for Christian Ministry of Lincoln County Soup Kitchen and for food boxes. Thanks to Ken and also to members Terry Edwards and Sam Adams who planted potatoes on Thursday, March 29.

The Jesus with Children statue was given by member Janet Radford in memory of her mother Charlotte Seagle who always showed her love of children in her faith, living and teaching.

Luke 18:15-16:

"People were bringing even infants to him that he might touch them; and when the disciples saw it, they sternly ordered them not to do it. 16 But Jesus called for them and said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not stop them; for it is to such as these that the kingdom of God belongs."
